Media & Communications Support
Part Time (2-3 days per week)
Location: Miranda, Sutherland Shire
Start date: ASAP!
We’re looking for a part time communications all-rounder to join our growing team. The right candidate for this role will be a fantastic writer and not afraid to hit the phones. Priorities for the role include:
Writing media releases, blogs, articles and marketing emails
Content creation for social media, websites and marketing collateral
Pitching to the media via phone and email
Pitching to the influencers and brand partners via phone and email
Writing reports, award applications and proposals
General admin support
Experience in a similar role is preferred. All applicants must provide at least one example of their writing eg. a media release, article or blog.
A stand-out applicant will also have experience in some of the following areas:
Basic website skills (Wordpress CMS and/or Wix)
Adobe Suite proficiency (inDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop)
This role will work across a range of clients in the not-for-profit, corporate and start-up sectors.
Salary is negotiable depending on the experience of the applicant.
